When a dredging project has a mixture of sediments that range from sand to organics, Inner Space Services, Inc. can dredge, treat, dewater and dispose of these materials working in a limited space, efficient manner and reusing or reselling the clean, marketable materials for the client.

As the materials are being dredged, they are transported via an HDPE pipeline to the treatment center.

There they are screened up to 200 sieve through a series of screens and shakers, where the materials are sorted by size and deposited on the ground, dry and ready for transport or resale.

The materials that are too fine (fine sand and organics) to screen are then treated with our Optimizer Polymer Optimization and Treatment system, where they are correctly treated to maximize recapture and dewatering with rates up to 250,000 gallons per hour.

The treated materials are then captured in a Geotextile tube, dewatered and ready for removal. This system uses a minimal amount of space and lay-down area, provides efficient and cost effective separation of materials for resale and disposal.
